All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase the products listed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Once confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already being processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver nationwide within Bangladesh using third-party courier services. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Delivery charges may apply and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors. All deliveries are handled by external courier partners, and they will be liable for any parcel loss, damage, or mishandling during transit.

7. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

7.1 Return Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

7.2 Refunds:
- Issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- A refund processing charge will apply, the rate of which may change from time to time.

7.3 Exchanges:
- Permitted for size issues only, within 48 hours of delivery.

7.4 Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale items, undergarments, hygiene products, and gift cards.

8. User Account and Conduct

You may need to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to engage in unlawful activities or misuse the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property
